The Boarding Card entitles you, the holder, to a Trial Flight where you will be shown the basics of piloting a light aircraft by one of our highly experienced instructors. Whether flying purely for fun or as the first step towards training for the Private Pilots Licence (PPL), a Trial Flying Lesson is an excellent way to begin.

You will be given a ground briefing by the Instructor on a ‘one-to-one’ basis, prior to getting airborne, where you will have the chance to ‘take control’ and actually fly the plane under expert supervision. It’s well worth remembering your camera, as the views on a clear day can be breathtaking.

Your Boarding Card is valid for six months, so even if a date has already been arranged for your flight there is ample time to rearrange if the weather is unsuitable. If your Boarding Card is ‘open’ all you have to do is telephone us to arrange a date and time for your flight (within the six month period), allowing at least one week’s notice for booking. We are open every day of the year with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s day. On the day of your flight please telephone us at least one hour prior to your booking to check the weather suitability.

Please feel free to bring along family and friends as we have lounge facilities with fully licensed bar and restaurant serving hot meals and snacks throughout the day.
